Boxing & Unboxing
Just arrived in Queenstown? We can re-assemble your bike (basic gear adjustment included). We cam also complete a full tune up when we unbox - just make sure you book our tune up service.
Or perhaps you are heading off soon - Cranks NZ can take the hard work out of packing your bike, ensuring it's ready to be transported safely and efficiently.
The Season Tune Up SERVICE
The season tune up service offers all the basic service elements plus a deeper dive into each component to set you up for great riding.

Wheels & Brakes
We can custom build any wheel, whether you need a rebuild or are looking for a full new build - ask us for a quote.
We also off a clean and re-bleed for all brands of brakes, to make sure you have a safe and reliable ride.
Basic Bike SERVICE
This package includes a basic inspection, a clean and adjustment of all the components on the bike.
We will:

Bike & Frame Build
If you have a new commuter, road, mountain or kids bike, still in its box and at least 80% assembled (the general standard). we offer an on-site bike build service. The average service time is one hour maximum, making it a quick and easy solution.
Have a bare frame and parts kit? Take advantage of our full onsite build service, which takes about three hours.
